  • As a Latinx therapist, I take a culturally responsive and holistic approach. This means I honor your personal, cultural, and family experiences as we work through challenges. I integrate evidence-based practices like CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and mindfulness with a warm, relational style that emphasizes healing through understanding and connection.

  • I offer a complimentary 20-minute consultation call (via Zoom) as a space for us to connect and see if working together feels like the right fit. Just like any meaningful relationship, it’s important that you feel comfortable and supported from the very beginning.

    During this call, you’ll have a chance to share a bit about yourself, what’s been coming up for you, and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. I’ll also introduce myself, explain a little about my approach, and answer any questions you might have about the process.

    We’ll review scheduling, fees, and next steps, and by the end, we’ll check in to see if we’d like to move forward with scheduling your first session.

  • I currently offer both in-person, located in Pasadena, CA and telehealth sessions for clients in California. Online sessions are a flexible and effective option if you prefer the comfort of your home or have a busy schedule.

  • The foundation of effective therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. During our consultation, we’ll take time to get to know each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore whether we’re a good fit to work together.

    We’ll also briefly talk about your current concerns and how I may be able to support you. Please note that this consultation is not a therapy session — no treatment or interventions will be provided at this stage. Instead, it’s a space for you to ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and see if my approach aligns with your needs.

  • I currently offer private pay sessions only. However, I am able to provide you with a super bill to submit to you insurance for any out-of-network benefits you may have.

  • My therapy rate ranges from $250 for individual therapy per 50min sessions and $300 per 50min sessions, for couple and family therapy.

    I also have a few sliding scale slots available. Please inquire for availability.

    Additionally, I do provide therapy intensives for busy schedules or for those looking for an accelerated therapy experience.

  • I understand that life happens and schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance.

    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee. I encourage you to plan ahead whenever possible so we can keep your spot reserved.

  • That depends on your goals and what you’d like to work through. Some clients come for short-term support around specific challenges, while others choose longer-term therapy to deepen self-awareness and healing. We’ll collaborate to find what works best for you

  • Each therapy session is typically about 50 minutes long. This time allows us to slow down, check in with where you are, and explore what’s coming up for you in a thoughtful, grounded way.

    Some sessions may run a little longer depending on your needs, but we’ll always make sure you feel supported and not rushed. Therapy is your space — and each session is designed to give you the time and care you deserve.
